Learn What You Can Do to Last Your Breath Longer

There are quite many tips that you can surely consider and use it anytime you want, either be it for fun or any serious sports that you will be involved in the future.

First thing on the list for you to be able to breathe a little longer is implementing a regular exercise. It is definitely a must thing that you should do because it will help in increasing the capacity of your lungs. Through making your body fit, the lungs can also take in a good amount of oxygen for the body. There is no way that you can enlarge the sizes of your lungs but the exercise will help you reach efficiency in capturing oxygen. Another thing that you need to take on account is losing weight. It is one important factor that you have to do because excessive baggage can really affect your breathing. Also, you have to quit smoking. If you do smoke but quite determined with this goal, then put your heart into it and quit. Another way for you to hold your breath is to inhale and exhale using your diaphragm. When you do it, you are like reducing the low-quality of air in your lungs. Try to inhale within 5 seconds and do the same when you exhale. And lastly, do take quite a good amount of air and hold it. Just make sure that there is still a room for you to relax so you can really breathe longer.
